We use a material called Limex for our sock riders; this is a short story about a great Japanese invention.

Limestone is plentiful on Earth; faced with profound concerns about the use of water and wood, a technology pioneer, TBM Company, teamed with the Japanese government on a four year project to create a revolutionary new material. Limex is this material - a product that can be used in packaging and as a substitute for products currently made of plastic. It uses no water or wood to manufacture, is durable, luxurious and biodegradable.
